Setting too many goals makes you overwhelmed and make your day chaotic. If you start everything at the same time, you often finish nothing at the end of the day.
Decide 1 - 3 main tasks that you actually complete on that day. Pick the most difficult task or the one you have kept avoiding until today. If you complete the most difficult task early in the day, you will feel easier for the rest of the day.
If you really want to achieve the goals you have set, try turning a difficult task into small manageable steps and write them down on the to-do list. Every time you tick off a small task, you can physically see that you're getting one step closer to achieve your goal and feel more motivated.
If you make each step more specific (e.g. time, priority, order, and/or location), it will be way easier to execute them.
